ClankerToken without the superchain parts. MIT.
Purpose
The launched coin. OpenZeppelin ERC20 + ERC20Permit + ERC20Burnable. The whole supply
(1,000,000,000 × 10¹⁸) is minted once, in the constructor, to the factory. There is no mint, tax,
blacklist, pause or any other power over balances.

The token admin is also the only address the hook accepts for lowerFees.
